Returns Policy

Terms and Conditions for Exchange-Return of products 

1. You have the right to request for exchange the products or return for refund, within 15 days from the date received from DHL and you have to do so by writing an email to the Company. Please include your order details and DHL tracking number. You have to arrange for the products to be sent to the company together with the original receipt. The delivery charges for products to be sent to the company for consideration of return will be your responsibility. Please email the company your exchange-return delivery tracking number so that the company can trace your parcel. 

2. While all products are shipped in good conditions, the Company will only exchange Products purchased through Global Dropship channel upon the following reasons.
▪ Product contents are damaged during delivery.
▪ Error from incorrectly sending of Products (products do not match order).
▪ Products are defective or damaged from the production process.

3. For return of products, you can request to return products according to the terms and conditions in item 1 and 2, provided the return of products must be in perfect condition or original condition as when you received the products. All products must be in the original packaging, the product packaging has not been opened or the product has not been opened for use, and the company can resell the product if it was returned. If return of products does not meet the terms and conditions or the company has specified other return conditions, or the return of product is a different product from recorded in the receipt of your purchase, or the product is intentionally damaged or you incorrectly used the product, the company reserves the right to refuse your product return. 

4. Once the Company has approved the return, the Company will email you and process a refund credited to your credit or debit card account, the value for your purchase. This process may take up to 45 days from the date of approving your return of products.

Process of Product Exchange-Return
1. 2. Upon receiving your exchange-return parcel, the company will check information of your purchase, and the condition of the product in question. The company will email you within 7-10 business days after the check is performed, in order to notify you the results of the exchange-return approval. Additional documents may be requested.
